• Today it is important to limit emissions as much as possible. This mobile scrubber 4000, can be used to purify the released gasses from the exhaust of the vacuum truck. The mobile scrubber is the perfect scrubber for vacuum work in general industrial cleaning or for use in the (petro) chemical industry and at refineries.

  During suction and vacuum job when the two washing vessels are connected one after the other, and through a different washing phase cleaning system, the vapors / gases are cleaned into a legally acceptable return vapor for people and the environment.

   

  Characteristics

  The cleaning principle of the scrubber works according to different washing phases, in which the outgoing air from the vacuum pump is successively transported through a cleaning fluid (such as minerals, oil, lye and demineralised water), a waffle grid, Pall rings, a misting installation and a labyrinth separation system. The outgoing air from the vacuum pump is thus purified in 10 washing phases.

  Depending on the vapors / gases to be cleaned, the washing phases may consist of the same or different detergents. In addition to reducing harmful emissions, the use of the mobile scrubber 4000 is also aimed at reducing odor nuisance.
